SCHOOL AGE
BEFORE & AFTER
Energetic Explorers and Budding Problem-Solvers There’s no better way to describe our preschoolers than as lively whirlwinds, overflowing with enthusiasm and endless curiosity. At this age, problem-solving skills truly blossom as they approach challenges with creativity and persistence, finding new ways to overcome obstacles even when things get tough. Alongside their determination, they’re developing logical thinking skills, recognizing differences between groups of objects, and expressing clear preferences. This is an ideal stage for children to embrace independence and explore their world with confidence. We nurture their natural curiosity through open-ended learning and play centers, both inside the classroom and outdoors, giving them space to discover, imagine, and grow. As they move beyond toddlerhood, children’s sense of self becomes more defined—they take pride in their families, favorite toys, and preferred activities. It’s also the perfect time to help them build a deeper understanding of their immediate world: their parents, siblings, and our center community. Our community photo album, filled with familiar faces from both their own and friends’ families, helps build a sense of belonging and connection.
School-age children are in a dynamic stage of growth, ready to take on new challenges with increasing confidence and curiosity. At this age, kids are developing stronger academic skills, building lasting friendships, and discovering their unique interests and talents. We support this exciting journey by offering a wide range of activities designed to inspire independent thinking and personal responsibility. Our program encourages children to make choices, set goals, and pursue projects that spark their imagination—whether it’s through hands-on science experiments, group art projects, or outdoor adventures. We also provide homework support and quiet spaces for focused study, helping students balance learning and fun. A strong sense of belonging is essential during these formative years. We foster a welcoming, inclusive community where every child feels seen and supported. Through group activities, community-building projects, and opportunities to celebrate each child’s achievements, we help kids develop confidence in themselves and respect for others. Our goal is to empower school-age children to become enthusiastic learners, thoughtful friends, and responsible members of our community—equipped with the skills and self-assurance they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Every day, your toddler is developing new physical, cognitive, and emotional abilities. Over the next two years, you’ll see your child transform from a cautious early talker into a confident preschooler, eager to explore and understand the world around them. This stage is marked by an exciting vocabulary explosion—toddlers begin pointing at objects, asking, “What’s that?” and using language to express their needs and curiosity. It’s a time of discovery, as children realize that words are powerful tools for communication and learning. Our curriculum is designed to harness this period of rapid growth. We immerse toddlers in language-rich experiences: singing songs that introduce everyday objects, expanding vocabulary through playful word games and rhymes, and—most importantly—modeling clear, complete sentences in all our interactions. By intentionally choosing rich vocabulary and encouraging expressive language, we help lay the foundation for strong reading and comprehension skills later on. The words we use with young children, the way we communicate, and the richness of our language all play a vital role in building confident, capable readers for the future.

Confident Learners and Creative Thinkers
Our before and after care program is designed to give children a smooth, positive transition between home and school. We know families need peace of mind and children need a welcoming space where they can relax, recharge, and thrive—before and after the busy school day. In the morning, we set the tone for a successful day with a calm, nurturing environment where children can enjoy a healthy breakfast, connect with friends, and ease into their routines. Our caring staff are always on hand to provide encouragement, help with organization, and ensure every child starts their day feeling confident and prepared. After school, our program offers a balance of structured activities and free play, giving children a chance to unwind, explore new interests, and build lasting friendships. We provide homework support, creative enrichment projects, indoor and outdoor games, and quiet spaces for reading or reflection. Every activity is designed to foster social skills, independence, and a sense of belonging. We believe that before and after care should be more than just supervision—it’s an extension of your child’s learning and growth. By creating a safe, inclusive community, we help children end each day on a high note, ready to share their experiences with you at home.
